Detailed Information Description
This fine antique vintage Stothert, Bath Ca 1830 plane. It has the name Stothert, Bath on toe. On heel it has the number 8/2 & the name J.B. Dev. The cutter is pitted and rusty and would need to be cleaned & sharpened. It measures approximately: 7-3/8″ x 13/4″ W. This plane has some typical stains and scars from age and use. It is a very good user. The wedges are original and the plane has a great smooth feel and patina.
