Detailed Information Description

This is a 19th Century showy EBONY and BRASS 24″ parallel maritime rule. It measures 24″ L and opens 3.025″ W. The brass hardware is 5.025 “L. It has a nick at bottom right corner from use.  It still retains a very beautiful color and nice smooth feel and patina.  The brass would shine up better, I have only wipe it down.
